Dans le cadre de l’initiative conjointe « Excellence in Africa » de l’Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) et de l’Université Polytechnique Mohammed VI (UM6P) de Benguerir, Six centres de compétence en éducation digitale (C-CoDE) verront le jour dans des universités africaines.
La transition des universités vers l’enseignement numérique, avec l’intégration durable des outils et technologies numériques et l’adoption d’approches pédagogiques nouvelles, exige des compétences et des qualifications actualisées. La création des C-CoDE va rassembler ces compétences pédagogiques et technologiques sous un même toit. Ils vont accompagner la transition numérique pour les universités sélectionnées pour créer un impact élargi aux niveaux national et régional.
Au cours des années 2021 et 2022, le projet développera une partie « hard » et une autre « soft » pour la construction d’un studio avec l’équipement multimédia et l’infrastructure informatique nécessaire à la production des cours en ligne (MOOC- Massive Open Online courses).
The joint initiative "Excellence in Africa" of the Federal Polytechnic School of Lausanne (EPFL) and the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P) of Benguerir is coming to life by setting up six skills centers in digital education (C-CoDE) In African universities.
The transition of universities to digital education, with the sustainable integration of digital tools and technologies and the adoption of new pedagogical approaches, requires up-to-date skills and qualifications. The creation of C-CoDE will bring together enhanced pedagogical and technological skills under one roof and it will support this digital transition for the selected universities to have later on a broad impact at national and regional scales.
The project will develop a "hard" part and another "soft" during this year and the next, It will witness the construction of a studio with multimedia equipment and IT infrastructure necessary to produce online courses (MOOC - Massive Open Online courses).
