Le Ministère de l’Industrie, du Commerce, de l’Economie Verte et Numérique et l’Université Mohammed VI Polytechnique de Benguerir (UM6P) ont signé, mardi 23 mars 2021, à Rabat, une convention de partenariat portant sur la mise en place d’un incubateur et accélérateur de startups dans le secteur du commerce, « Moroccan Retail Tech Builder » (MRTB).

Cette initiative s’inscrit au déploiement du Plan de Relance du Commerce 2021-2023, qui compte parmi ses axes stratégiques la consolidation des meilleures pratiques du commerce à travers la digitalisation, dont l’importance a suscité une prise de conscience collective au cours de la crise sanitaire du Covid-19. Elle a pour objectif d’accompagner une centaine de porteurs de projets dans le développement de solutions digitales innovantes au profit du commerce de proximité qui a besoin d’outils digitaux simples et accessibles lui permettant à la fois de se moderniser et d’améliorer sa valeur ajoutée.
The Ministry of Industry, Trade, Green and Digital Economy and University Mohammed VI Polytechnic Benguerir (UM6P) signed Tuesday, March 23, 2021, in Rabat, a Memorandum of Understanding on the establishment of an incubator and accelerator of startups in the trade sector, "Moroccan Retail Tech Builder" (MRTB).



This initiative is part of the deployment of the Plan for the Recovery of Trade 2021-2023, which includes among its strategic axes the consolidation of best practices in trade through digitalization, the importance of which has raised collective awareness during the health crisis of Covid-19. Its objective is to support a hundred or so project leaders in the development of innovative digital solutions for the benefit of local commerce, which needs simple and accessible digital tools that will enable it to modernize and improve its added value.
