Le 13 janvier, un atelier de plantation d’arbres a été organisé au profit des élèves de l’École Al Tafatouh pour l’Éducation et la Formation, dans le cadre du projet Go Plant, porté par le Sustainable Development Office en collaboration avec le Centre d’Innovation Agricole et de Transfert de Technologie (AITTC).
Cette activité a réuni 18 élèves et s’inscrit dans le cadre du Programme Green Schools, qui soutient les établissements scolaires de la région de Rhamna en encourageant la plantation d’arbres et la promotion de campus plus durables et respectueux de l’environnement.
Au cours de l’atelier, les élèves ont participé à des activités pratiques de plantation et ont appris les bonnes pratiques d’entretien des arbres. À travers des exercices concrets et des échanges interactifs, ils ont été sensibilisés au rôle des arbres dans la préservation de la biodiversité, la résilience climatique et la création d’environnements d’apprentissage plus sains.
On the 13th of January, a tree-planting workshop was organized for students from Al Tafatouh School for Education and Training as part of the Go Plant Project, led by the Sustainable Development Office in collaboration with the Agricultural Innovation and Technology Transfer Center (AITTC).
The activity involved 18 students and was part of the Green Schools Program, which supports schools in the Rhamna region by encouraging tree planting and promoting more sustainable and environmentally conscious campus environments.
During the workshop, students participated in hands-on planting activities and learned about tree care. Through practical exercises and interactive exchanges, they were introduced to the role of trees in biodiversity preservation, climate resilience, and the creation of healthier learning environments.
