Co-développé avec Blanchard, le programme réunit 100 participantes pour un parcours d'apprentissage combinant sessions en présentiel, contenu digital et coaching de groupe. L'initiative vise à soutenir le leadership inclusif et à contribuer à la transformation culturelle en cours chez OCP.
On the 21st of April, TechniX launched “Industry’elles,” a leadership development program tailored for women in OCP – SBU Manufacturing.
Co-developed with Blanchard, the program brings together 100 participants for a learning journey that combines in-person sessions, digital content, and group coaching. The initiative aims to support inclusive leadership and contribute to OCP’s ongoing cultural transformation.
