En collaboration avec UM6P Facility Management, l’équipe SD met en œuvre « MEATLESS DAY », une initiative continue lancée en 2021, consistant en un rendez-vous durable mensuel où la communauté de l’UM6P est invitée à adopter une alimentation vegan pendant une journée. Cette initiative offre l’occasion aux étudiants et au personnel végétariens et vegans de sensibiliser leurs amis, collègues et membres de la communauté aux valeurs du mode de vie vegan et de partager avec eux des recettes de plats végétaliens.
Chaque mois, Meatless Day propose des plats 100 % végétaux (céréales, légumes, fruits, jus, etc.) au Food Truck de l’UM6P. Ce projet continu représente un geste significatif en faveur de la protection de l’environnement, du bien-être animal et de la santé et du bien-être humains.
DEVENEZ VEGAN POUR UNE JOURNÉE AVEC LE “MEATLESS DAY” DE L’UM6P
In collaboration with UM6P Facility Management, the SD Team is carrying out “MEATLESS DAY,” an ongoing initiative starting 2021 a monthly sustainable rendez-vous where the UM6P community is invited to go vegan for one day. This initiative provides an opportunity for vegetarian and vegan students and staff to educate their friends, colleagues, and community members about the values of vegan living and to share vegan meal recipes with them.
Every month, Meatless Day offers 100% plant-based dishes (cereals, vegetables, fruits, juices, etc.) at the UM6P Food Truck. This ongoing project represents a meaningful gesture toward protecting the environment, supporting animal welfare, and promoting human well-being and health.
