L'UM6P a eu le plaisir d'organiser la 3ème édition de la Semaine de la Science UM6P, qui s'est déroulée du 20 au 26 février, aux campus UM6P de Benguerir et Laayoune, sous le thème de la "Complexité", inspiré par les travaux précurseurs d'Edgar Morin sur le concept de "complexité", qui nous a honoré de sa présence.
Plusieurs intervenants de premier plan issus de différents domaines scientifiques étaient présents, dont Stephen Wolfram, Gregory Chaitin, Stuart Kauffman, et Hammou Laamrani, entre autres, pour assurer un échange d'expertise et un transfert pertinent de connaissances, en lien avec le thème clé de cette année, à travers un riche programme de conférences, de débats et d'activités scientifiques et culturelles. C'était l'occasion pour les participants de Benguerir et de Laayoune de célébrer les réalisations de la discipline, en démystifiant la notion de complexité selon différents points de vue.
A ASARI Laayoune, le programme a été élaboré conjointement avec la Fondation Phosboucraa pour créer une émulation avec toutes les composantes actives de la ville de Laayoune (étudiants, réseau associatif, ...).
Mohammed VI Polytechnic University was pleased to organize the 3rd edition of the UM6P Science Week, which took place from the 20th to 26th of February, at UM6P Campuses in Benguerir and Laayoune, under the theme of “Complexity”, inspired by Edgar Morin’s seminal work on the concept of “complexité”, who honored us with his presence.
Several key speakers from different fields of science were present, including Stephen Wolfram, Gregory Chaitin, Stuart Kauffman, and Hammou Laamrani, amongst others to ensure an exchange of expertise and a relevant transfer of knowledge, in line with the key theme of this year, through a rich program of conferences, debates, and scientific and cultural activities. It was an opportunity for attendees in Benguerir and Laayoune to celebrate the achievements of the discipline, by demystifying the notion of complexity from different standpoints.
In ASARI Laayoune, the program was jointly elaborated with the Phosboucraa Foundation to create emulation with all the active components of the city of Laayoune (students, associative network, ...).
