Dans le cadre de l'initiative Excellence in Africa, conjointement mise en œuvre par l'EPFL et l’UM6P, le centre EXAF lance le deuxième appel à projets du programme « Développement du corps professoral junior ».
L'UM6P et l'EPFL ont lancé l'initiative Excellence in Africa (EXAF) pour soutenir la formation de la prochaine génération de chercheurs en Afrique. Dans cette optique, le programme « Développement du corps professoral junior » (en anglais, Junior Faculty Development – JFD) vise à améliorer les compétences des jeunes professeur-e-s du continent africain en matière de recherche, grâce à des collaborations étroites avec des professeur-e-s de l'EPFL. L’objectif final du programme est de permettre la réalisation de projets qui auront un impact économique et social tangible en Afrique.

As part of the Excellence in Africa initiative jointly implemented by EPFL and UM6P, the EXAF centre is launching the second call for proposals of the Junior Faculty Development programme :
UM6P and EPFL have launched the Excellence in Africa initiative (EXAF) to support the training of the next generation of researchers in Africa. In this context, the ground-breaking JFD programme aims to enhance the research skills of young and talented professors based in Africa, through collaborations with EPFL professors. The final objective of this programme is to enable the implementation of research projects with very valuable economic and societal impacts in Africa.
