L’UM6P et la Fondation Ibn Rochd lancent “The Forge” pour promouvoir l’entrepreneuriat durable en Afrique

L’Université Mohammed VI Polytechnique (UM6P), en partenariat avec la Fondation Ibn Rochd, a officiellement lancé “The Forge”, un programme de résidence novateur conçu pour accompagner les entrepreneurs visionnaires et accélérer l’innovation au service d’un avenir durable pour l’Afrique.

The Forge se positionne comme un véritable catalyseur pour les fondateurs, locaux et internationaux, désireux de transformer des idées audacieuses en projets évolutifs et à fort impact. Fondé sur les valeurs de vision, d’excellence et de communauté, le programme offre aux entrepreneurs les outils, le mentorat et les ressources nécessaires pour concrétiser leurs innovations.

À travers cette initiative, l’UM6P et la Fondation Ibn Rochd apportent également un soutien financier à la communauté locale, afin de favoriser la création d’entreprises viables sur les plans économique et social. Cette démarche vise à encourager une croissance inclusive, à promouvoir l’autonomie et à renforcer l’écosystème entrepreneurial marocain.

Le programme repose sur trois axes majeurs : l’accélération de l’innovation, à travers un mentorat à fort impact, un accompagnement au développement de produits et un accès stratégique au marché ; le renforcement des ressources, grâce à l’accès à des laboratoires de pointe, à des infrastructures de prototypage, à des opportunités de financement et à la collaboration avec les meilleurs talents marocains ; et enfin, le réseautage international, qui offre aux participants la possibilité de se connecter à une communauté dynamique d’entrepreneurs, d’investisseurs et d’experts de renommée mondiale.

University Mohammed VI Polytechnic in partnership with the Ibn Rochd Foundation, has officially launched “The Forge”, a groundbreaking residency program designed to empower visionary entrepreneurs and accelerate innovation with a focus on Africa’s sustainable future.

The Forge serves as a catalyst for global and local founders seeking to transform bold ideas into scalable, impactful ventures. Built on a foundation of vision, excellence, and community, the program provides entrepreneurs with the tools, mentorship, and resources necessary to bring their innovations to life.

Through this initiative, UM6P and the Ibn Rochd Foundation are also extending financial assistance to the local community, supporting the creation of financially and socially sustainable businesses. This effort aims to foster inclusive economic growth, promote self-reliance, and strengthen Morocco’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
